Providing maximum versatility in your establishment. this multi-purpose base features a neutral taste that makes it easy to create an endlessnumber of menu flavors. It blends well with both liquid and powder flavorings- try using any of Fabbri’s Delipaste or flavoring powder products as desiredto bring authentic Italian flavor to your sweet treats! When making sorbet. this base is intended for using the cold process methodprior to freezing. The cold process method of sorbet-making does not require apasteurizer because the mixture is already microbiologically safe. which helpssave on production costs. preparation time. and space. This method is idealfor operators looking to produce large quantities of sorbet quickly andefficiently. Best of all. this base does not contain any lactose or milk-derivatives. eggyolks. or animal fats as well as no hydrogenated vegetable fats. allowing youto offer vegan sorbet and other frozen desserts to your conscious consumers.To prepare. simply mix with water and sugar. stirring for approximately 3-5minutes. Slowly add in the Fabbri Delipaste flavoring of choice and mix for anadditional 3-5 minutes.
